Older Lance, anyone rebuild wing/tie down points?

My 89 Lnace 480 seems to be pulling out the right front tie down. Not just the tie down, but the edge of the whole floor. This is under both the propane compartment and the fridge compartment. It ...

In TCU, I believe it was Sleepy that re-enforced a wing that was sagging by using U shaped channel bought at a hardware store. It looked very strong and simple.

It was under slideouts instead of wing repair.
