Older Lance, anyone rebuild wing/tie down points?

My 89 Lnace 480 seems to be pulling out the right front tie down. Not just the tie down, but the edge of the whole floor. This is under both the propane compartment and the fridge compartment. It ...

In my case (as pictured above), the tie-down did not move back up when the turnbuckle was removed. Over a couple of years it just moved slightly lower and lower (if camper was loaded on truck).
