Older Lance, anyone rebuild wing/tie down points?

My 89 Lnace 480 seems to be pulling out the right front tie down. Not just the tie down, but the edge of the whole floor. This is under both the propane compartment and the fridge compartment. It ...

IN my rebuild there are some images that may give you some clues and ideas. I have a slide where my issue was but ideas id what you need. Sleepy did one with a slide as well, TC same as mine. (Mentioned above)
