Sol Duc Hot Springs just west of Port Angeles is my favorite place to go up there.

Their web page shows a lot about the cabins, but not much about the RV sites. Reservations are required. Power/water only, no dump. You have to go into the reservation system of just call them for info on the RV spots. There's like 16 of them as I recall.
Follow Hwy101 west along Crescent Lake, immediately after the end of the lake, you go up a hill, and turn left. It's well marked. It's a National Forest park, so paid entry is required right after you turn. The follow the little 2-lane road for about 20 miles up into the mountains and you're there.
