If you have the trailer fairly level and tire pressure is the same on all four tires and only the RR tire looks flat, I suspect something is wrong with the suspension. I doubt it is related to your slideout. Eben if you get better tires I don't see the problem self-resolving. I suggest you take it to a truck spring shop for an evaluation.
