- I don't have any information on this pict, I was debating getting slides on my next trailer and a good friend sent me this pict via my cell phone, thought we (trailer folk) would get a laugh or maybe some one actually knows what is going on,, or had this happen to them?
- Most likely stolen or a repo, either from someone's yard or a dealer's lot. They can crank up the stab jacks from the outside, but retracting the slides requires breaking into the unit if it's locked. Or heading out into the woods to become meth lab...whoever is towing it got it hooked up and outta there in a hurry, they will deal with the slides when they get where they are going.
- Are slides usually controlled independently? Wouldn't both need to break?
- He has his wife back there doing house work.
- Wonder if it's stolen.
I met a low life that bragged about stealing a tent trailer one night from a dealership and towed it home open/erected. He kept in in a garage until the statute of limitations ran out and then (according to him) legally lic. it. dspencer wrote:

If it's not photo shopped it could be that the power slide motor's gave out and he didn't know how to bring them in manually.:h
He obviously knows they are out there as he is driving on the shoulder.
He might even be on the way to the dealer to get them fixed.

Something to be said about "check lists." - More impressed with the fact that he is even riding over on the shoulder to not infringe on the other lane.
Stabilizing jacks are up, and I think he remembered to put the antennae down, so overall, he/she only missed the push outs... not bad:S - Hmm.. It's not like he doesn't have mirrors and can't see it. Unexplainable...
