We have a 2012 Open Range 303BHS and absolutely love it. It was a little more expensive than the others we looked at, but we are planning to keep it for at least 5-7 years and felt the quality and construction was better than the other lines. We have had several issues in the past 18 months, most of them minor. The only major problem has been the front wall. When it was originally built, one of the screws from the forward cabinets actually pierced the outer skin. I didn't notice it until waxing the unit about 3 months after we bought it. It was quickly repaired by our dealer under warranty. About 3-4 months ago, I found a softball sized delamination spot under the original afflicted area. OR was quick to take full responsibility and have sent a new front wall. It's actually at our dealer now being replaced as I type this. The customer service from OR has been second to none. I would highly recommend them to any and all.
