Stay out of the Daimler era vans if you can. If you look under the hood at the VECI label you will see if it's a Daimler era van. They(Daimler) took a lot of parts and junked them up to make them cheaper. Overall good vehicle because they are still Chrysler vans and the best bang for the buck on the road, but the cheaper parts result in the complaints you read about. Watch out for rust in the leading edge of the bonnet and the lower front of the rear quarters just in front of the wheel wells.
