Not true, Rogue's still in business. They do not make the higher amp controller now.
This controller is excellent for TC's.... 20 amps model. Temp compensation included. If you want a remote display/control it is avail at an extra cost.

The Morningstar Sunsaver mppt is excellent and good for 15 amps. Most of us TC'ers can use this one because we usually do not have the real-estate for more than 2 medium size panels.
If you want more amps then the Tristar like Don said.
