Pay attention to your Pilot's GVWR - it's listed on the sticker in the door jamb and in the manual. The weight it can carry - payload, will be met/exceeded before tow capacity is reached. This includes the weight of the people gear, receiver, and tongue weight.

Towing a high walled TT is a lot different that the trailer used to come up with the touted tow capacity.
