With the aluminum body, I bet a 2015 F150 with Max Tow and HD Payload could have more payload than many current 250s.
I doubt it will have more payload than 3/4 ton gassers. Ram 2500 gassers are near 3000lbs in CC SB/LB configurations. Only way an F150 HD can match that is a 2wd reg cab. No one buys that anyway. Adding the diesel option would bring most 3/4 tons down to or under the F150 HD.
