However, hauling it into the camper and setting it into place will convince you that it is not worth moving back and forth between RV's. Ikea has some good mattresses that can be compressed with ratchet straps - I would suggest one of those over a stiff spring mattress if you feel the need to move it often.
my replacement came in a box. open it on bed and watch it inflate (memory foam) But it would be tough to move it from one camper to next. But at around $200 from Amazon you could buy 2 so you don't have to play musical mattress
