This may be useful info for this thread. I have ran my a/c @ 40+ hrs so far and it continues to blow out a styrofoam dust. I pulled off the cover and discovered that they didn't seal off the attic very well. So the a/c was pulling dust from the attic and through the intake and was starting to have some buildup on the coils. I filled in all the gaps with some 2" foam and pretty sure that should solve that issue. Will try it out this weekend. The only other mod I have made was to put a rubber bumper on the bathroom door to keep the hinges from rubbing on the slide aluminum trim and leaving metal dust on the floor. Putting on seelevel gauges and backup cameras on the weeks to come. Also looking at the portable solar option for a trip to the smoky mountains this fall. Still researching that.
