This may be useful info for this thread. I have ran my a/c @ 40+ hrs so far and it continues to blow out a styrofoam dust. I pulled off the cover and discovered that they didn't seal off the attic very well. So the a/c was pulling dust from the attic and through the intake and was starting to have some buildup on the coils. I filled in all the gaps with some 2" foam and pretty sure that should solve that issue. Will try it out this weekend.
Ugh :( Assuming the cover was taken off during the PDI, would one catch this issue?
