Try the Costco auto buying program, Consumer Reports build and buy, or something similar before just walking into a dealer. These will give you a good starting point, and you will then know the maximum price you would have to pay even before negotiating. Most indicate price is from dealer stock, but if you live in an area that has lots of dealerships (S. CA so you probably do), you can use that price for ordering also. If one dealer won't, there is probably another close by that will. Be prepared to try different dealers.
