I can't help with the ordering through Northwood. However I have owned several RV's and would caution you to think about resale down the road. Things that might not be important to you are important to a potential buyer when you go to trade or sell. For example no air conditioning would be a deal breaker for me. Just a thought as I have run into problems before.
