So I’m looking at having to make a factory order as nobody has a 992 on the lots and the ones that did, had options I don’t want. I do have questions for those have factory ordered through Northwood. ...

Not sure you need the folding grab handle. It appears the 992 has a ladder in the same place as the 990. With the Fox Landing you enter and egress right by the ladder which makes a great grab handle for getting up or down. We use it for that purpose all the time.
