I've finally decided that I'm going to buy a new Dodge with the 6.4 Hemi. While I won't suffer from fill-up sticker shock with it's smaller 34 gal tank, I realize I will suffer from mpg shock, though...

Our next new truck will likely be a Dodge 3500 with the 6.4. We currently have an older non HO Dodge diesel and the 6.4 has more torque and HP then our truck. No doubt the new 6.7 is great but we only tow a 2 horse trailer. The recent post about $12,000+ damage due to putting some urea in the fuel tank is one of the reasons we will go with gas.
A contractor friend of ours has a 1999 GM with a 6.0 V-8. He still uses it for work and it has over 200,000 miles on it. The 100,000 mile need to trade it rule is a thing of the past.
