Ouch...that's going to be expensive

From my understanding it wasnt running and they said they tried a cumalong. Dont know why the cumalong didnt work but whatever. The thing here that went wrong was the supports under the ramps. Once the heavy front end goes up on the deck it no longer sits over those supports and the legs will fold up from those drop down supports. I know this because mine does this. I usually leave mine up unless real heavy.
