Jayco was of no help what so ever!! Because of the way Jayco handled the situation its a safe bet to say i'll never even consider buying a Jayco product.
They bought back your camper because they couldn't fix a dometic heat pump/AC???
When I had my Forest River JUNK, it was structural issues with how the floor was attached to the frame incorrectly, how the cabinets shelving was put UPSIDE DOWN, how the refrigerator was wired wrong, how the linoleum was damaged and how they put a patch on the linoleum that came up after a month of ownership.
Then all the little things as the curtains not fitting correctly, and having to deal with FR that said none of it was their problem, it was on the selling dealer.
It's a shame that FR really is the only dealer that sells pop ups anymore as Jayco/starcraft is getting out of that business, and sommerset is far and few.
You can replace appliances as heat pumps, poor workmanship and design on the actual unit can only be replaced with a new RV, SOMETIMES.
