Good for you that dealer replaced your entire RV over a Crappy Dometic product.
To bad I couldn't get Forest River to replace my unit over a poorly wired refrigerator, it would had saved me a lot of trouble fighting to keep the thing repaired.
I wonder how many other campers have reported issues with that pump as A-Liner, Chalet, and Forest River all use that Dometic CoolCat Heat pump.
Personally, IMO Dometic A/C units are ****. Coleman A/C unit are more reliable and cool better from my experiences. I don't like Dometic appliances, I try to go with Norcold and Coleman.
I can't praise Jayco enough for getting a camper repaired that a poorly qualified service dealer destroyed trying to fix minor issues. Jayco was great making the experience painless and even helping me with some inconveniences.
