This is exactly what I tried to explain to them... Felt like I was talking to a brick wall.
I will be speaking to the branch manager at some point, when I am able to get around the sales manager, who keeps avoiding me.
Go over their heads and correspond to the manufacturer with a CC to the dealer. This is where it's crucial to have an independent inspections(s) complete with photos from a reputable & qualified RV tech. and/or frame shop. Also document any steps the dealer or manufacturer take to remedy anything. Take photos of the work the dealer does, esp. with the cap pulled off. You also need to find our who to send a complaint to at the manufacturer so it doesn't sit with some low level person.
Your TT is under warranty and should not be depreciated whatsoever. I have heard of a number of TTs being replaced with complete new units due to serious issues like yours.
I don't know much about Cruiser TTs. If they have a forum for that brand (Fun Finder forum?) post your issues along with photos. The manufacturer won't want the bad publicity.
