My 2001 served me well but......New truck! 2014 Cummins 3500 Laramie crew, LB, 4x4 Aisin, Nav, all the bells and whistles. Now for a new hitch......

It's standard with the Cummins, has been since 07.5. Now it has 2 settings though, one is more aggressive than the other.
While I haven't towed yet, in the tow/haul mode and e brake on, it works good. My 2001 was a stick and BD brake, and when I used the e brake, the truck fell on it's face , so to speak. Dodge/Cummins got this new aisin trans and e brake combo well figured out.
