Outdoor Kitchen options in 26 to 31 foot bunkhouses

I'm hoping you guys can give me some feedback on outdoor kitchens in mid-sized bunkhouse travel trailers. Here's my situation, my family really likes the floor plan style of the Jayco 32BHDS or Key...

I can't provide feedback on the kitchens but out of curiosity, what are you intending to pull with? The 26BHS is on the small end of you list but even it weighs 5500 lbs dry.
