Outdoor Kitchen options in 26 to 31 foot bunkhouses

I'm hoping you guys can give me some feedback on outdoor kitchens in mid-sized bunkhouse travel trailers. Here's my situation, my family really likes the floor plan style of the Jayco 32BHDS or Key...

Current plan is to purchase a slightly used Ram 2500 gasser, 6.4 liter hemi if I can find one, otherwise 5.7 liter.
