I understand the reasons for wanting an outdoor kitchen. I would rather use the space an outdoor kitchen takes up as living space or storage space.
We unload a small freestanding collapsible portable BBQ grill; then on a 4ft long folding table we place an ice chest for drinks and ice (or small refrigerator and an ice maker if we have hook ups) and a water jug with spigot. That's our outdoor kitchen. Been doing it this way for over 20 years.
