Outdoor Kitchen options in 26 to 31 foot bunkhouses

I'm hoping you guys can give me some feedback on outdoor kitchens in mid-sized bunkhouse travel trailers. Here's my situation, my family really likes the floor plan style of the Jayco 32BHDS or Key...

A friend just bough a Cougar 230TRS and it's a great floor plan. It's technically a Toy Hauler but don't let that scare you off. It's got the outdoor sink/burners and is laid out really well.
