I have the Premier 31bhpr, great trailer. People think the kitchen takes up space but you still have 4 beds in the bunk house so you don't lose anything. There is a ton of storage. We have the 2 burger stove and the grill off the quick connect. The sink is great and we love having the fridge. It is great for drinks as well to keep eggs, meat,cheese etc when you are cooking so you don't have to leave stuff out in the heat. The other thing I love is the tv, watching the news while cooking breakfast is a plus. The full size kitchen is great and will always have one.
The half kitchens seem like a waste to me, it does not give work space. You would have to bend over to use the sink or the counter if there is a counter.
We have looked to see if there are shorter trailers with the kitchen but they are hard to find. Outback has or had a rear kitchen with the outside kitchen but no tv.
