Outdoor Kitchen options in 26 to 31 foot bunkhouses

I'm hoping you guys can give me some feedback on outdoor kitchens in mid-sized bunkhouse travel trailers. Here's my situation, my family really likes the floor plan style of the Jayco 32BHDS or Key...

I have a Passport 3220 BH.
Half out door kitchen. I love it. Use it all the time. Cook every meal on it, unless I want to run my grill.

It is 6280 dry. Scaled for 5 days of camping fully loaded it is just shy of 7500lbs. Tow nice and easy behind my 2002 Chevy 2500HD gasser.
2 slides, on large one and the bunkhouse has a slide and 4 bunks.
