Outdoor Kitchen Refrigerator Powered While Travelling

Has anyone figured out a way to power their outdoor kitchen refrigerator while on the move? It is a 110V only mini-fridge, so I figure my only options are an inverter or figuring out some way to conn...

I run a small fridge using solar and an inverter. One 235W module, a Morningstar MPPT-15 controller, Xantrex 1000W pure sine inverter, and two banks of batteries totalling 300 AH. The solar runs all of the 120V entertainment gear, recharges and runs all the 12 V stuff, but is designed for running the fridge.
