Outdoor Kitchen Refrigerator Powered While Travelling

Has anyone figured out a way to power their outdoor kitchen refrigerator while on the move? It is a 110V only mini-fridge, so I figure my only options are an inverter or figuring out some way to conn...

I have the same issue of keeping drinks cold on long trips. Summer trips in TX and the temps can be really high on the road. I think I will be going with an inverter and just run a heavy duty extension cord to the frig. Seems like the easiest option.
