Outdoor Kitchen Refrigerator Powered While Travelling

Has anyone figured out a way to power their outdoor kitchen refrigerator while on the move? It is a 110V only mini-fridge, so I figure my only options are an inverter or figuring out some way to conn...

Last summer we took a long trip out west that consisted of several 10+ hour days of driving in 100 degree temps. My outdoor kitchen fridge was full beer, pop and some food items. All I did was have a couple of larger Coleman ice packs in the fridge. Even after a long day everything was still ice cold. It was a total non-issue.
