Outdoor Kitchen Refrigerator Powered While Travelling

You all make some great points, both for and against doing something to power the fridge. I was really spoiled with my previous diesel pusher with the power management system. At the flip of a switch, half of the coach outlets were powered by the inverter. Of course, that had 4 coach batteries, but who's counting :)

I think I may do something with an inverter, but won't have time before my next trip so will do a little test with ice packs, etc... and see how that goes.
