Outdoor Kitchen Refrigerator Powered While Travelling

Has anyone figured out a way to power their outdoor kitchen refrigerator while on the move? It is a 110V only mini-fridge, so I figure my only options are an inverter or figuring out some way to conn...

I tried using an inverter, 415 watts, to run a small dorm style fridge. It didn't work the start up current required to start the fridge is close to 1000 watts.
