Outdoor Kitchen Refrigerator Powered While Travelling

Has anyone figured out a way to power their outdoor kitchen refrigerator while on the move? It is a 110V only mini-fridge, so I figure my only options are an inverter or figuring out some way to conn...

I always just carry my drinks in a cooler in my truck until I get to shore power and mini fridge gets cold. Seems I always need to use the cooler for something anyway while there.
