An outdorr kitchen is a must for me. I use mine regularly, although primarily as a wet-bar, than for cooking. It only gets used for cooking in the summer time. But for hanging out outside, it sure is nice having the beer fridge and mixers at hand, instead of going through the trailer each time somebody needs a new drink.
My outdoor kitchen has a 3-way fridge. Infinitely more useful than those 120v dorm style fridges, at least for my style camping which usually does not include hookups, and usually involves long drives.
