I tried running a hose from the shower to the opposite side for the first season I owned this but it became tedious making small temperature adjustments. then I had a brainstorm. my low point drains poke through the floor at the rear driver side corner of the trailer. I tapped into the Pex hoses and ran them up the side about 3 feet with individual shut off valves which then come together in a single pipe and a basic shower head. I can reinstall or take down the whole set up in under two minutes for traveling
