All my plumbing fixtures are on the right side. (Kitchen, bathroom, outdoor kitchen and even the pump itself is under the kitchen sink) but my outdoor shower is on the left side, no where near any of my other water dispensing devices on the trailer
Maybe you are part correct, because yes there are pipes going to the outdoor shower just like every plumbing fixture requires pipes in order to supply water...
