Outdoors RV Creekside in Eastern US? Creekside vs Nash

In our search for our "perfect" trailer, we've discovered the Outdoors RV Creekside model 23bhs. I know this particular mfg makes these trailers for the Northwest and Canada, but was wondering if any...

Yes, it's supposed to be Marine grade plywood, so more resistant to water.
