....good point re. stainless steel strength. Remember that stainless steel bolts and screws are available in a wide variety of hardness/strength grades. Make sure you apply the correct stainless steel grade to your application. Stainless steel bolts and fasteners are available in grades rivaling 5 (eg. 17-4)...
If you are not certain of a replacement SS grade for the mild steel screws used by the RV industry for your various camper sections (some areas like jacks and other high stressed areas have different fastening requirements), make sure you seek professional assistance!
Also remember that even a mildly pitted standard RV industry steel screw (lets not even talk about the degraded strength an RV screw that is rusted!) has a tremendously reduced performance.
