Outside door dilema

Just purchased our new Keystone passport 23rb. The entrance door has a hydrolic arm on bottom which limits movement.It opens to 90 degrees only. I personally like doors that you can open and secure to the side of trailer. Is there hardware I can buy to make this possible? The arm does not appear to have a quick disconnect. Has anyone else resolved this issue? I know I can disconnect arm but looking for a good option.

    Before you get too far look on the trailer to see if there is any thing that the door will hit or block if opened past 90. Our rear door has a stopper at 90 so it does not run into the awning support arm while extended. You may have that or the heater vent or something like that.
