Look for screws used to secure to camper. The bar fridge on our Minnies has screws that are accessible after you open the fridge door. Screws may be located at the back of the fridge if there is access to the back of the fridge.
I love having the extra fridge just for the cold drinks and it saves room in the main fridge. I'd suggest waiting a bit longer before pulling it. But, after a 40 day trip to Florida, it won't do any harm to pull it. Just don't get rid of it until you've taken a variety of trips. You may find that you will want to put it back in for some trips.
