I would never blare music loudly in a campsite, it would be more of a background ambience level. I mostly don't like the light on it being on all the time.
It is a separate stereo than the interior one and has exterior speakers that go with it. It is small and round in shape so a normal in-dash stereo would not fit without cutting into the side of the trailer.
