I am sorry but there is no such thing a background ambience in a camp ground unless you have no neighbors.
It is all noise, bluegrass noise, classical noise, jazz noise, Cajun noise you name it. Bach, Blues or Rap; it is music to some and an irritation to others, as soon as it leaves your camp sight.
As to the original question, speakers are speakers, they do not care where the signal comes from. Any 12 volt audio system will allow you to share with others.
