I am sorry but there is no such thing a background ambience in a camp ground unless you have no neighbors.
It is all noise, bluegrass noise, classical noise, jazz noise, Cajun noise you name it. Bach, Blues or Rap; it is music to some and an irritation to others, as soon as it leaves your camp sight.
