Overfilled Propane tank is what the firemen said...

I had one bottle refilled that would not flow out the valve regardless of what I connected to it. I took it back to the station and they purged the pressure using the relief screw and pressurized it again to make it work. I never understood really what happen to it, but I never had another problem with that bottle or any other refill.
