for my truck the answer is yes and no.
Truck and camper loaded about 12,500
GVWR is 11,200.
FAWR is 5200
RAWR is 8250
Each axle is several hundred lbs under their rating. and the tires are well under their weight ratings because it's DRW.
Now if we add trailer tongue weight to that we will be close to the RAWR but over. A weight distributing hitch can help with that.
