The generic formula to figure it out either on paper (use their max ratings) or
with 'real' scaled weights...
Gross Combined Weight Rating, equals or is greater than, the sum of the TV, trailer
and stuff
Stuff being anything that adds weight transferred down to pavement via tires
Also, with the age of the TVs you are looking at...GCWR is a fairly
new rating...just take their listed curb weight, add their MTWR (max
tow weight rating) and a couple hundred pounds for the Hitch System
and you will be in the ball park for it's GCWR
If you don't have actual weights, use their max weight ratings as the basis to
guessimate...but know that you must know the actual weights for the trips
We do NOT know the weight of the trailer, so there is no sense in noodling/discussing
that until you choose one...
