Overwhelmed Choosing a Tow Vehicle
We're hoping to hit the road full-time this November. We don't have an RV or a vehicle to tow it with yet, but we need a new car soon, so we'd like to buy the tow vehicle now. We're just overwhelmed...

There is a firm in Florida that will stuff one into a Suburban
GM couldn't marry it with the Allison because the frame rails were both too
narrow and the tunnel too small
Payload will be an issue with any SUV the OP finds and the 1 ton full
sized vans most likely the best route for the OP.
A 1 ton full sized van will be my next vehicle to replace the Sub when it goes
