Most manuals that come with RVs are very generic - no where close to what you've just bought. Sorry you're having this glitch with the electrical. Since electrical issues can = fire hazard, I'd be inclined to find an electrician to lend a hand....or at least come and evaluate, then maybe head you in the right direction.

Since it's been outside for so long, you also need to give the roof a good going-over. You likely need to do some caulking or other repairs up there.
